The location of the property was perfect, away from the busy hustle and bustle of attractions but still within walking distance. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome during our stay. The room was bright, clean, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a great location close to the main attractions. The hotel staff was exceptional from check-in to check-out, providing excellent room service and tours/ticket assistance. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to cater to special diet menus. I was impressed with the leisure facilities, including a fitness studio and billiard tables.
Highly recommend this hotel to families.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring a great experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully decorated with specific decor. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the amazing rooftop terrace that offered a amazing view. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved starting our day with a meal on the terrace. the location was perfect, with all the major sights within walking distance and easy access to transportation.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to major attractions such as Santa Croce square and the river. The hotel also offered complimentary hors d'oeuvres in the evenings and was conveniently located near a store for any necessary purchases. the room had a beautiful private terrace with stunning views, and the breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The attentive and friendly service, especially from Fabio at the reception, made the stay even more enjoyable.
One member of the staff was unhelpful and rude, refusing to provide water to a dehydrated guest in the middle of the night.
